Scholarship
The scholarship recognizes youth who have demonstrated a commitment
to their school or community in addressing issues of discrimination.
Applications for the award are due annually on June 15th. The award
is open to students entering or currently enrolled in post-secondary
education.
Landmark Awards
In collaboration with Capital Pride, these awards celebrate the achievement
of Canadians who make a difference on the local, regional or national
landscape. Nominations are due annually on July 1st.
Visionary Award
(formerly CYDI Award)
The award recognizes politicians who have worked to address discrimination
and promote diversity through an exemplary action or their political
careers. Nominations for the award are due annually on June 15th. The
award is open to either past or present politicians at municipal, provincial
or federal politics.
Youth Role
Model of the Year
An unique award recognizes celebrities who have done exceptional work
to address discrimination and promote diversity in Canada or abroad.
Nominations will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Winners will be awarded
at the annual Jer's Vision Gala.
